This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and project terminations are handled for services purchased from Establish Online.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All services are custom and may require significant preparation. For this reason, all refund and cancellation rules depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
2. PROJECT CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
You may request to cancel your project at any time by contacting us at support@establishonline.com.
Refund eligibility:
- Before any work has begun: Full refund
- After initial consultation or planning: 75% refund
- After design draft delivery: 50% refund
- After website build has begun or assets created: No refund
We reserve the right to adjust percentages depending on the scope of work completed.
3. PROJECT CANCELLATION BY ESTABLISH ONLINE
We may cancel a project if:
- The client fails to communicate for 14+ days
- The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Payment is not received
If we cancel due to client misconduct, no refund is provided.
If cancellation is due to our internal issues, a fair partial or full refund may be issued.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are non-refundable once purchased or registered:
- Domain names
- Hosting fees
- Third-party services or subscriptions
- Stock images or licensed assets purchased for your project
These costs are paid directly to providers and cannot be reversed.
5. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We strive to deliver projects promptly. Delays caused by missing content or slow client responses do not qualify for refunds.
6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer revisions during the design phase.
However, once final approval is given and the project is delivered, refunds are no longer possible.
